Key Features of the XXIO X Driver
1. “TRUE-FOCUS IMPACT TECHNOLOGY”: XXIO X helps you find the sweet spot so you can launch the ball with more distance
Putting more focus on off-balanced body motion that causes inconsistent impact point on the club face, the new XXIO X incorporates a new technology called “TRUE-FOCUS IMPACT TECHNOLOGY” – a synergy effect between the newly developed “Smart Impact Shaft” that promotes consistent body motion during the swing to tighten impact point dispersion, and the new “High-Energy Impact Head” that maximizes COR performance at the sweet spot. The XXIO X Driver provides “Experience Easier Distance” which allows every golfer to hit the ball on the sweet spot and gain more distance easily, and increases the chance of hitting the ball on the sweet spot by 14% (from 59% to 73%) compared to the previous model*.

2. The “XXIO Technology” promotes greater distance, better accuracy and exhilarating impact sound
“High COR”, “low CG for easy launch” and “exhilarating impact sound” which are three basic design concepts of the XXIO driver head, and it continues to evolve along with the new “TRUE-FOCUS IMPACT TECHNOLOGY”.
3. The newly developed shaft is indispensable for “Experience Easier Distance”
“MP1000 Graphite Shaft”
The newly developed lightweight shaft is one of the key elements in the “TRUE-FOCUS IMPACT TECHNOLOGY”, which reduces the force that acts on golfer’s body during the swing. Combining the original shaft construction (developed by Dunlop Sports) that has straight and hoop layers alternately laminated, with the world’s newest lightweight material (co-developed with Toray Industries, Inc.) that is used for bias layer, the MP1000 graphite shaft optimizes bend profile. It is a flexible yet strong shaft that promotes consistent swing for a tighter impact pattern.
“Miyazaki Waena Graphite Shaft”
Having been favored by golfers who prefer relatively heavier club for more penetrating trajectory, the Miyazaki Model joins the XXIO X driver line-up. As well as the MP1000 graphite shaft, the Miyazaki Waena graphite shaft features the same technologies that tighten impact dispersion on the club head. “Waena” means “middle” in Hawaiian language.
